• At check-in, or anytime during your stay, our staff is delighted to assist with restaurant reservations or directions. If you would like to plan in advance, see the Conceriege Service Section for suggestions.

• Rates range from $99 to $249.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is NOON. 

• Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-334-5575 or you may Book online.

• Credit cards are required to hold the reservation.

• Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

• Frederick House is a non-smoking Inn. Smoking areas are available outdoors.

• Due to the historic nature of the buildings and furnishings; pets are not permitted.

• Children of all ages are welcome.

• Frederick House does not provide cribs or roll-away beds.

• Facilities are available for reunions, weddings, family gatherings and meetings.

Cancellation Policy:
For a cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival there is no charge. Within 48 hours prior to arrival, a penalty of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card guaranteeing the reservation. The 48 hour period begins at 3 PM two days prior to arrival. The same applies to changes to the original reservation or early departures.  

Special cancellation policies are in effect for May Graduation weekends.
