Frederick House consists of six buildings. The Lewis Building, the most modern building, is where breakfast is served each morning and where you register for your stay. When arriving at the Frederick House, leave your luggage in the car. Our staff will escort you to your room in one of the five historic residences to make sure you are comfortably settled. 

  • At check-in, or anytime during your stay, our Shenandoah Valley Bed and Breakfast staff is delighted to assist with restaurant reservations or directions. If you would like to plan in advance, ask the innkeepers for suggestions.

  • Prices at our Bed and Breakfast in Shenandoah Valley range from $95. to $273.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. 

  • Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-334-5575 or you may Book online.

  • Credit cards are required to hold the reservation at Frederick House.

  • Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

  • Frederick House is a non-smoking Inn.

  • Due to the historic nature of the buildings and furnishings; pets are not permitted.

  • Children of all ages are welcome.

  • Frederick House does not provide cribs or roll-away beds.

  • Facilities are available for reunions, weddings, family gatherings and meetings.

Cancellation Policy for the Frederick House:
For a cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival there is no charge. Within 72 hours prior to arrival, a penalty of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card guaranteeing the reservation. The 72 hour period begins at 3 PM two days prior to arrival. The same applies to changes to the original reservation or early departures. "No Show" reservations will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation (maximum of 3 nights room and tax) unless the room/suite is re-rented.

Special cancellation policies are in effect for May Graduation weekends.
