Arrive in Staunton by interstates 81 and 64, or by backcountry roads like route 250.  Historic Staunton Station offers an Amtrak stop from Washington DC. Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport is located just 20 minutes away.  Charlottesville Albemarle Airport is located just 50 minutes away.

Driving Directions:

• Take Interstate 81 to Exit 222
• Follow 250 West for approximately 2 1/2 miles
• Richmond Road (Rte. 250) ends at Route 11 Business
• Turn right under the railroad overpass, then take the immediate left onto Greenville Ave
• Turn right on South New Street
• Go 1 1/2 blocks and turn left into the Augusta Street Parking Lot
• Frederick House is on the right
• The entrance is under the copper awning
• Parking is adjacent to the entrance

When you arrive at the Frederick House, leave your luggage in the car and come to reception under the copper awning.  Once you are checked in, we will escort you to your room or suite, help with your luggage, and make sure you are comfortably settled.
