Cool weather has arrived in the Shenandoah Valley and this always brings out the bike riders. This week we had a group of riders here from all over US for two nights. They rode to natural chimneys and to Lexington the second day. They had a group dinner at Aioli in the private dining room. Chef Said prepared a special meal that was enjoyed by the goup in a leisurely fashion in the private dining room giving them plenty of time to socialize and share biking stories. To enjoy biking at Frederick House you do not have to be with a group. Bring your bike and ask for assistance with planning your route. We know the hilly roads and the easy flat roads. Homemade icecream from Split Bannana is the best way to cool off after a long ride.
