Breakfast is served daily between 7:30 and 10:00 am. Sit at your table in Chumley's Tearoom, select from our menu, and we will bring to your table our delicious homemade breakfast. Choices include Apple Raisin Quiche, Ham and Cheese Pie, Strata (a casserole with sausage, cheese, bread and eggs), Granola with Yogurt and Fruit, Hot or Cold Cereal, or 7 grain waffles with real maple syrup. Fresh fruit and our house made sweet breads are served with each breakfast.
Aioli, the restaurant at Frederick House, serves Mediterranean Food and Tapas prepared for you by the chef. Said Rhafiri, was trained as a chef in Italy and comes to Staunton after being in some of the finest restaurants in Charlottesville. A private room is available at Aioli for birthday celebrations, reunions, or special events.
